Hundreds of Boy Scouts and leaders from neighboring Troops will camp out from Friday evening through Sunday noon. On Saturday the Scouts will compete in fun skills competitions and a number of exciting events. The Scouts also perform a conservation project at the park. On Saturday afternoon, the troops take part in a cooking contest and in the evening, there is a large District bonfire event. This camping trip is a lot of fun for scouts and is very close to home!
