Troop 24 had a great time learning karate this past week at the Malverne Self Defense Karate School.
The boys learned front kicks, reverse punches, thrust kick, jab punch, how to fall safely and more!
Special thanks to the instructors and to Life Scout, Jack Harkin for helping to instruct his fellow scouts!
